Worn & Wild LTD is the data controller for personal information collected through wornwild.xyz. You can reach us about anything in this policy at contact@wornwild.xyz or on +44 7466 664383.

WHAT WE COLLECT. When you buy something, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, telephone number and the details of your order. Card details are entered directly into our payment provider's own form and are never seen or stored by us. When you use a contact or enquiry form, we collect the name, email address and message you send. When you sign up to the newsletter, we collect your name and email address. When you browse, our hosting provider collects standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit.

WHY WE USE IT. To take payment, send your order and deal with returns, because we need it to perform our contract with you. To answer your enquiries, because it is in our legitimate interest to reply to people who contact us. To send marketing emails, only where you have consented, and you can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us. To keep accounting and tax records, because we are legally required to.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH. We share personal data only with the suppliers who make the shop work: Hostinger, for website hosting and the online store; Stripe, for card payment processing, which is the controller of the card data it collects and has its own privacy policy; and Royal Mail and other carriers, who receive your name and delivery address in order to deliver your order. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

WHERE YOUR DATA IS HELD. Our suppliers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or by standard contractual clauses approved for use in the UK.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT. Order and transaction records are kept for six years after the end of the tax year they fall in, as tax law requires. Enquiries are kept for two years from your last contact with us. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe.

COOKIES. The site uses cookies that are necessary to make it work, such as remembering your basket and processing payment. You can refuse optional cookies through your browser settings; refusing them will not stop you buying anything.

If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
