PERFORATIONS: all four sides complete, teeth full length and evenly punched, all four corner perforations present; no short, blunt or obviously re-cut teeth visible. COLOUR: bright, fresh, unfaded deep blue-green with strong contrast; engraving crisp throughout including the fine background shading and the wreath. PAPER: clean cream-white, no toning, no foxing, no visible surface scuff, no crease or bend detectable on the face; one tiny dark speck sits just inside the lower right frame corner. CANCEL: NONE - no postal mark, no manuscript, no fiscal pen stroke and no punch hole anywhere on the face.
